The color I suggested is pictured above and it is a gorgeous gold shade... It's called "3 Wishes" and it is inspired by Aladdin. Just to give you a brief rundown, we have a new arrivals section which is currently showcasing our I-Candy fix eye primer, our mineral eye shadow palettes and quads, as well as our glitzy glitter glue and gel eye liners. Review: Vita Bath Body Wash!

Tired of those groggy mornings? Feel like you’re dragging your feet? Vitabath has revitalized their body wash collection and introduced the “Fragrance Collection.” These scents range from luxurious spa scented body washes to invigorating and uplifting scents. They can definitely give your spirit a lift during those morning showers before work!

I had a chance to try out the new Vitabath line, particularly the Asian Orchid & Coconut body wash. It has angelica extract, along with Vitamins A, B3, B5, C and E. They also work to assist in moisturizing your skin, leaving it soft and smooth as well as refreshed and clean. And the best part? These body washes are paraben and sulfate free!

There are four collections to this new line: “Spa Day,” “In Bloom,” Fruit Franatic,” and “Cupcake Couture.” These collections provide a wide variety of scents such as green tea & sage, beach blossom, wild red cherry, and scrumptious vanilla sugar, along with 12 other lovely aromas. These fragrances are geared towards being fresh and playful, and some are even therapeutic. My experience with this product was amazing. I have never used a body wash that actually left a lingering scent on my skin for more than an hour or two and I loved it! They also leave your skin feeling baby soft. The most impressive factor about this body wash is the lathering effect. With just using a very small amount of product, it lathers a large loofa. You can also use this product as a bubble bath, which I have, and I must say that by using just a tiny amount, the amount bubbles that this product produces are astronomical.

All in all, I would give Vitabath body was five stars. The product reeled me in and I am totally hooked! It is worth every penny of $9.99 in my opinion and I can see it lasting for quite some time since you don’t have to use tons of product to get a nice, rich lather in the shower.

Valentine's Day Love Collection! I-Candy Couture

Today I am so excited to share with you all the launch of the new Valentine's Day Love Collection from http://i-candycouture.com Above is a photo of all of the new LOVE INSPIRED/THEMED items we have on the site and don't forget our special of 20% off is going on ALL MONTH for orders over $20.00! This is your chance to grab some great cosmetics (and cute jewelry) at a really affordable price! Please remember that we list ALL of the ingredients in our items on our website!

The first two items at the top are our two new additions. They do come in a 10 gram jar, with 11 ml of product for $6.00. The one on the left is a lip gloss called Love Me and is a sheer/clearish lip gloss that has silver sparkles. Great to add shine or to moisturize your smackers! The second is called Enchanted and is a lip jelly. It's another sheer tint with a hint of pink/burgundy color and also is great for moisturizing as well.

The next row (middle row), I will describe from left to right. They are all mineral eye shadows (handmade btw) and come in 5 gram jars, with 4.2 grams of product for $5.00. You can opt to get a sample sized in a clam jar for $1.00!

"Love Always" is our first baby pink color and also has a light gold metallic shimmer to it.
"Desire" is a gorgeous silver color which can be used as a highlight for under the brow or can be foiled to create a richer and more intense look.
"Cupid" is a white/goldish shade which is great to highlight your brow, inner tear duct area, or your cheek bones.
"Forever" is a great blueish shade, I would use this as a lid color, or blend this into your crease and use a brown shade on the lid!
"Mi Amore" is a rich pinky/red shade with sparkles.

This collection also introduces the first glitters to http://i-candycouture.com. The glitters are $5.50.
To the left is "Bleeding Love" which is a blend of pink and rich burnt reds and golds. The glitter on the right is called "Romance Me" which is a beautiful glittery hot pink shade.

And last but definitely not least, "XOXO" which is our first mineral blush! It's $8.00 for a 10 gram jar filled with product. It's a pretty pink shade with soft tones of gold to add a natural looking highlight.

Honestly, I don't know WHAT I am the most excited about! Hi Everyone! I'm so excited to share this look with you! I was playing with make up today... and I really really wish I would have filmed a tutorial to this look! If you guys want to see it, then just leave a comment here or on my YT channel and I will be sure to film it ASAP!

I used the Beauties Factory 120 Palette, version 2 I believe.. basically, you just need a matte yellow, green, and black... cut the crease, and blend some gray and gold above the crease... white shimmery highlight for the inner corner and under the brow and I used MAC Viva Glam Gaga 2 Lipstick! <3

So I wanted to share a few pigments with you guys since I'm talking about pigments. These are from the I-Candy Couture signature line of pigments...

This pigment above is called Liliko-i, which means passion fruit in Hawaii. It's pronounced lily koi and it's a beautiful orange shade. I really wanted to do a tutorial using my Wet n Wild single shadows since I got these two colors which are kitten (purple with gold specks) and envy (dark green)! Nails of the Week!

This is actually last week's nail polish of the week, I've just been a little bit busy with finals for the semester and what not! This is Avon Nailwear Pro in the shade Violet Sparkle and it is absolutely amazinggg! I <3 it!

It's a deep plummy color with some gold shimmer in it, although after you apply it the shimmer is very minimal. It's must more noticeable in the bottle than on your natural nails.

This gorgeous green festive polish is Zoya in the shade "Holly." If you've watched my latest Birchbox video, then you would know it was included in my November Birchbox, so obviously I was super excited, so I had to try it out. This polish does have a significant amount of sparkle to it, but don't be surprised by the photo, it only is very noticeable in the light (or the obvious flash of the camera) so your nails won't look like a disco ball 24/7. Excuse the photo, I didn't clean up around my nails until after I took the picture.

But let's talk about last week's Nails of the Week in case you missed it. I didn't share what type of polishes I used to create this funky blue/purple look, because I was conducting a little experiment, but now I'll reveal them to you...

These are the shades "Teal" and "Purple" by the brand NK. These polishes were very affordable (Only $1 at my local dollar store). I wanted to see how such cheap polish would hold up, since I am all about beauty on a budget, I thought this would be a fun experiment. These polishes did not start significantly chipping until about day 8. I decided to wear these polishes for 10 days to give them a maximum run, hence why this NOTW is so postponed.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well they held up, I also purchase the NK nail enamel top coat and used that, rather than OPI's top coat. The top coat made my nails very shiny, and these polishes surprisingly dried very quickly. I bought quite a few shades in these polishes, because I figured, at the very least, they would be nice bright colors to use for nail art designs if anything.

So, there you have it. You don't need to spend $18 on a MAC nail polish or even $10 on an OPI polish to achieve results. Hell, no one will even know what type of nail polish you've got on. If you don't have a lot of money to spend on beauty products, then don't feel bad for buying cheaper. The products often work the same, or very similar. =)

Just because it's almost winter doesn't mean you can't play around with colors, right?! I recently purchased the Wet n Wild Blue Had Me At Hello palette, thanks to emilynoel83 on YouTube! I've been more into trying out blue shadows lately, however I did not use any of the blue shades in this particular look. However, I do like the way it turned out. For some reason I feel like when I photograph a particular look a lot of the color gets washed out of the photo.. I'll have to work on messing with the settings to my camera. Nails of the Week - Can You Guess?

So, this week I opted to do a little experimenting. I'm not going to post the names of these two nail polishes until I do the nails of the week for next week. I took this photograph today, but I actually painted my nails on Sunday. Sorry for the delay.

Can anyone guess what two nail polishes these are? I bet you will be pleasantly surprised!

BTW, for anyone who was wondering, when I used the ELF Chocolate nail polish last week, and I used the base coat underneath, it did not stain my natural nails. However, the polish was somewhat difficult to get off. Not necessarily on my actual nails, but I found that the brown shade smeared all over the tips of my fingers. Kind of unpleasant, but a lot better with a base coat than the red shade I used that my natural nails are STILL stained from! Looks like I won't be sporting a french manicure until all of that grows out!

Today, I really wanted to do a more modern spin on a classic pin up look. So I opted to use a white shimmery shadow for the lid and highlight, as opposed to matte. While I did use matte browns in the crease, using a crease brush to blend out really helped to carry down some of the shimmer to give an overall effect that I was pleased with. Winged cat liner also helps to make the lashes appear longer. I also toned down the lips by using a lip stain that was in a deeper shade of red rather than a bright fire-engine red. Polish of the Week =)

So I decided to give ELF polishes another chance. After the first time I used an ELF polish in a red shade, it stained my natural nails to a pinkish color. (I did not use a base coat, FYI.) So this time I thought, since I had bought maybe five or so ELF shades, I would give a more festive fall color a shot. This time I chose the color Chocolate, and used a simple Japanese nail art polish in gold glitter that I bought off of eBay to run along the tips. I'm not sure why my camera tinted this picture a purple-ish hue. I really like this look and I think it's pretty festive for the season! =)

I wanted to play around with some colors this morning, and I decided to do an Autumn inspired "bonfire" look. I especially wanted to do some color dabbling since I am returning back to my job from maternity leave on Monday, and can't wear such bright and bold make up there, since it is a law office. Avon Speed Dry Nail Enamel in Limeade

This week I opted for a very summer-ish color, setting aside the fact that we are already into fall. It was on sale through Avon for only $1.99 so I had to pick it up. It's a very sheer and satin light green, and the color is buildable. The photo above shows two coats of the polish, along with OPI's top coat.

Today, I wanted to do a subtle smokey eye. I opted to go for a gray color on the lid, as opposed to black, and ran some brown through the crease to warm the look up a bit.
